ILLUSTRATED TALKS
A series of talks from local historian, David Whittle.
Parkeston Quay and the village was partially on an island called “Ray Island” and partially on mud flats of the River Stour. Ray Island was not actually an island all the time, only at high tide.
David Whittle has a well-earned reputation as a guest speaker and has built up a wide ranging catalogue of talks on local subjects.
